How to return your purchase?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect on the item that you purchased, you must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. We will not accept ‘’underwear‘’ to be returned under any circumstances for hygiene factors.

3. Please include along with your packaged item a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Is there a restocking fee for Exchanges?
No, If the item you bought is still in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping each way.

Non-Exchange restocking fee?
Yes, a 12% restocking and processing fee on all items, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made within 10 working days from receipt of the returned item(s).  We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees paid with your order.
